I am in awe of Spirit. The connection that light creates, the healing it conveys, and the growth it offers to those who heed its call are nothing short of miraculous.

My name is Gena Frances, and from a very young age, I felt the presence of something greater, a quiet knowing, a sense that love and light were always near. I am so very grateful for that connection. Throughout my life, I have traveled the world, and no matter what religion or meditative practice I encountered, there was always one constant in every teaching: love.

Like many sensitives, my path wasn't always easy. But through meditation, soul-searching, and study with incredible spiritual teachers, I stopped dismissing my experiences as coincidence and became curious about what they were trying to teach me.

My professional life took me around the world as an international journalist, where I learned the value of curiosity, listening deeply, and asking meaningful questions. Those same qualities continue to guide my spiritual work today.

For more than a decade, I've been honored to support others through tarot, Reiki energy healing, and intuitive guidance. My journey has included deep study with teachers, including Sheri Brown, Tyrone Cusack, Linda Rauch, Rachel Thompson, and Orin (channeled by Sanaya Roman). I'm a Reiki Master and have trained in intuitive development, meditation, mediumship, and spiritual guidance. I continue to learn, grow, and deepen my understanding every day.

That same curiosity eventually inspired me to create The Tapestry of Connection, a podcast where I explore spirituality through thoughtful conversations with psychics, mediums, healers, researchers, and everyday people. Through those conversations, my hope is to create a space where questions are welcomed, curiosity is celebrated, and people feel free to explore experiences beyond conventional explanations.

My work blends intuitive guidance, tarot, Reiki energy healing, and sometimes messages from loved ones in Spirit. Above all, my intention is to let the highest light guide every session. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal when we work together is to help you reconnect with your truth, find clarity, and move forward with greater peace and purpose.

My style is warm, grounded, and loving. I don't predict the future. I help you shape it consciously, in partnership with Spirit.
